ORDERING, SHIPPING, AND

ORDERING
If you outside Canada and wish to pay with PayPal, please use the "Buy-it-now" buttons
on each page and follow the instructions.  (see payment information below).  Otherwise, 
e-mail your order to info@gnomesweetgnome.com and we'll arrange some other method
of payment.

If you are inside Canada, please e-mail your order to info@gnomesweetgnome.com .
The "Buy-it-now" buttons are in US prices only.  Some Canadian prices and shipping
charges may be different from those on the website, although most will be at par with
the US prices.  Exceptions include books, advent calendars, and bulk wool batting. 
Please include your preferred method of payment in your order e-mail.

Please let us know if you have a birthday or special date - we can try to accommodate.

An item appearing on your shopping cart confirmation does not indicate it is in stock.
We will alert you to an out of stock item and let you know when it will available.

We are sorry, but we do not offer a print catalogue and do not have a retail to visit; please
order from the selections shown on our web-site.  If you are on southern Vancouver Island,
please inquire about picking up your item in Duncan or Victoria if you are interested in
saving postage.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs to US are as follows:

Shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel unless otherwise requested. 
Shipping to most US destinations is 5-7 business days, but is often less (and rarely more).

Canadian customers, please include your postal code with your e-mailed order
and I will quote you actual shipping costs.
